jumpingIt is a time of change. Summer is over and the Fall season has started. There is a change in the air and on the ground.  Football season has kicked off and pumpkins and Halloween decorations are all-around.  It is a season of beauty, energy and a time of change.  Driving around town I was in awe of the vibrant colors of the leaves and the crunching sound of them under my tires.  It took me back to my childhood when I would go running and jumping into a giant pile of leaves.   The change in temperature creates a nip in the air which energizes and awakens the senses and can rejuvenate the spirit.  The change in seasons is a good time to reflect on what changes we want to make in our lives.  So just like when we were kids and jumping into a pile of leaves it is a good time to ponder what habits we want to “fall into” as this new season begins.

Here are some things to think about:

  1. What do you miss doing? Or wish you could be doing?
  2. What do you want right now?
  3. What do you keep tripping over or is blocking your path?
  4. What clutter can be cleared?
  5. What changes have you been putting off?
  6. What steps can you take towards greater fulfillment?

Contemplating the questions above will help you to start to make changes in your everyday habits which lead you to getting closer to living the life you want. Changes can be big or small-the key is to start.  Creating a greater awareness of what we want, or what we miss, is a first step.  Celebrate this new season by harnessing your childhood spirit to fall into something new. Shoot me, an email with just one thing you will work on. Just as the seasons change, so can you…
