Taking the First Step In Making A Change

Summer is in full swing and we are over half the way through 2017 so NOW is the perfect time for you to check in on the changes you want (or planned) to make in your life this year.  Before you ask yourself questions like:

  • What you want more of? Less of?
  • What have you been putting off doing?
  • What were you planning to start after… or when everything slowed down?

Take a moment and close your eyes and SOAR above the details and to-do’s of your everyday routine.  Like a balloon floating in air, rise above and enjoy the view.

By taking a minute to change our perspective and ask ourselves these questions, we slow down our “racing” mind and give ourselves permission to begin the process of change.  Another tip is to imagine what your end goal will look like and feel.  This helps provide the awareness and motivation to get you moving.  Big or small strides, it does not matter.  Celebrate these dog days of summer by identifying changes you would like to see in your life.

Here is to getting energized and focused and to keep moving you closer to the vibrant life you desire and deserve.
